I write this letter of reference in regard to the painting work performed by James Tarbuck of PAINTWAY who was awarded the painting contract for this complex in 2016 and stage 3 in April this year.

The work was performed diligently and efficiently and, importantly, according to the expected schedule.

Their work was neat and tidy. The relationships between all parties: the painting contractor & his employees, the complex management and the body corporate were positive and productive. Owners and residents of the complex found PAINTWAY to be friendly, helpful and sensitive to their needs. We had James look after our two large pergolas, lattice work, some fences and gates.

The team from PAINTWAY have completed the exterior painting of our unit complex

Their work is of a high standard and they are professional in the day to day operation of the contracted work. They are polite and courteous to all owners and tenants and have complied fully to any request by myself or the tenants and owners. They exceeded their contract obligations by attending to minor repairs without fuss and at no extra cost.

PAINTWAY have also painted the interior of my residence as well as several others whilst onsite to the complete satisfaction of the owners.
